If you need a doctor to brag about how she managed to lose weight then you are in a right place. If you need a doctor to diagnose your condition, I highly recommend you have a print out of your Google search with you. She can easily confuse serious condition of Cerebrospinal Fluid Leak (CSF Leak) with Clear Nasal Fluid Leak (CNF Leak) on her notes. As a result of just mixing the abbreviation, your referral to Neurologist will get denied and send to ENT.

Dr. Chang is an excellent intelligent and caring doctor. No Question. But her nurse assistant is arrogant and condescending, After taking blood pressure she announces that I will need the doctor explain what they mean! In this day and age,everybody knows what these blood pressure readings mean (apparently she doesn't !). She is cold, unsmiling, doing nothing to make her patient at east. She also told me that if I want more refills of a medication I'll have to come in more often for actual patient visit, that I cannot just call in. (This is not true with other doctors) I have been to many doctors before and this nurse has the worst attitude, almost like the doctor is afraid of her. I cannot even imagine what she would be like if I have an emergency situation--how she would treat me. Unfortunately,I'll have to stop seeing Dr. Chan because of this.Really unpleasant having to have to deal with this nasty nurse. She should not be in this profession. No heart and no smarts. Please get a… better human nurse!

The minute she came in I knew I did not want to be there. No smile. her expression made me feel I was just a nuisance. This was my first time my appt was to be 30 min. she did not sit down one time to talk to me. she not not take time to look at my chart that took me quite awhile to fill out. I had one of 4 problems she looked at, and with that she was there all of 6 min. I felt worse than I did before I went.And this was a get to know you appt, I dont think so,

This doctor saved my life. She was thorough; sent me for testing; diagnosed the problem immediately; sent me to a specialist (even arranged the appointment) and I am alive today because of these actions.
