Del toro is a great dcotor, but everytime i come in, i have to wait over an hour, despite having an appt. They over book constantly. Not everyone has the time to wait hours for a doctors appt. This would be fixed if they booked correctly with enough time for appointments. These doctor visits cause me anger everytime for the overly long wait. I will be searching for a new doctor soon.

I have been seeing Dr. DelToroDiaz for about 2 years. She is great, listens to concerns and questions. Doesn't hesitate to explain labs, alternatives etc. However, her front desk staff is awful. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment and waited over an hour. I ended up leaving without seeing Dr. DelToroDiaz. If the doctor is running late then let your patients know upon arrival just so we can make the decision to reschedule or wait. Don't act as if you don't see me sitting there, or even say she is running behind when I inquire about how much longer you might anticipate the wait might be. This is the only reason I am rating at Good. If not for you both, I would have rated her higher.

Dr. Christina del tori Diaz is the most caring physician I have ever had. She takes time to listen to her patients. She explains about current issues completely. Including any follow-up requirements. She takes the time to explain test and lab results to her patients. She explains her diagnosis in terms that are understandable. Thank you for your great service.

I love Dr. Diaz, she is so kind and patient, she takes time to discuss your concerns and needs. The nurses are great too but the receptionist is short and always has a sour look on her face. She frequently answers the phone while you are in the middle of dealing with her and will not put them on hold. She also often has an annoyed tone of voice as if you are bothering her

She was so caring and explained everything before and during the procedure and was the best doctor I have EVER been to. I've already reccomended her to everyone I know. She made my exam a great experience.
