We have Dr. Economides and her team to thank for saving my sister's life 2 times. My sister has a very complicated case due to an underlying autoimmune disease with many cardiac and vascular implications, which has resulted in stents and emergency open heart surgery. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, skilled and saving my sister during multiple cardiac arrests, she has impeccable bedside manner and is generous with her time in explaining complex clinical information. Our experience with highly acclaimed interventional cardiologists at top institutions (USC, Cedars, UCI) have in no way compared to the expertise, proactive approach, knowledge, skill and bedside manner of Dr. Economides and I do not believe my sister would have had the same positive outcome had she not handled her very difficult and rare case. She does not give up and rises to the occasion during stressful life threatening events. She is a tremendous physician and person whom my sister and our family trust… implicitly.
