Absolutely one of the worst offices I have dealt with! I have been waiting to get ablation on my back done, I've been in pain for over a year. My original Dr. I was told was out for an unknown time so he gave me over to Dr. Moore. Her office called to schedule the 2 dates needed, 1 for each side. The first appt ended up having to be cancelled because her office didn't tell me ahead of time to stop taking one of my medications, so I still have the second one scheduled the week after. However when they called to go over everything this was when they noticed I usually am given DDVAP for a platelet disorder I have. This is usually for surgeries, not procedures, as I have had dental and other injection procedures all with no issues when not having the DDVAP. So now because she hasn't met with me she wants me to get my records updated with hematology....anyone knows to get in to see specialists can take months...So I had to frantically start calling around to see if someone could get me in… ASAP & I was able to get an appt the Mon before my appt scheduled for Thurs. That dr. after looking at my records didn't really think the medication was needed but put the order thru deferring the decision for whether it is used or not to Dr. Moore. I had told her office as well as the hematologist I have had other procedures, nothing major that I did not need this medication, this procedure would be done with a needle, not scalpel, the risk of any bleeding was so low. At first they said I would have to go to Grafton to get the DDVAP because the Mequon center did not have it, fine I was already getting up early, what's another half hr?! Well unfortunately the Grafton location didn't open until 8am which was when my procedure was scheduled for, so Dr. Moore cancelled my procedure. I had to miss 2 hrs of work and now make up for that, ALL FOR NOTHING! I have been in pain for over a year, had my hopes up and let down several times because of the lack of professionalism in this office. Had they scheduled a consult back when this all started, I would probably be experiencing some relief by now. I would not go to Dr. Christina Moore or her office because they obviously do not respect a patients time and energy and I would not recommend them as well.
