Dr. Christina Anne Hardaway, MD

Absolutely a waste of time. Spends very little time with you and will only address 1 concern per visit. Her full body exam lasted 10 minutes and she definitely did not look at everything. She is condescending and rude when confronted with her lack of patient care.

This doctor does not listen nor spend any time with you to even do a complete check up. She blames it on insurance and says she is not allowed more than 10 minutes. She also would not take my concerns seriously and both her and her assistant were very dismissive and rude. I will never go back!

Does not listen well to concerns. Doesn't do a full body check when scheduling one. Just asks if you see anything she should look at. I am not the doctor. Makes you come in for separate appointments for every issue which costs a lot more. This business seems to lose every good doctor they get and you are left with ones that really need a lot of improvement in bedside manners and listening. Looking for a new doctor and business as this seems to be an ongoing issue.

Our unfortunate lesson today with Dr. Hardaway’s office was my worst exchange with a medical office in many years. I called to say we were running 15 minutes late for my minor daughter’s 8:30 AM appointment. They told me not to bother coming, that we wouldn’t be seen and that we are not allowed to reschedule since we ‘missed’ our first appointment. Wait, what?! My other child and myself are already established patients there, but this doctor won’t see one of my children EVER because we were 15 minutes late for the appointment? I take responsibility for not anticipating the traffic on the commute from Silverdale to Port Orchard. Our family has a history in this office of being there on time, every time… for YEARS! This experience certainly felt like a way to keep Medicaid patients out. This was a harsh consequence for a 1st time, minor infraction. I don’t believe for one second that this policy would be as swiftly executed if we weren’t on state insurance. This was… unreasonable, and frankly, discriminatory. I, however, do not have state insurance for myself, but this doctor won’t be getting any of my future business with a policy that I’m sure doesn’t apply to non-Medicaid patients. Sickening. Dr. Hardaway, may you be granted the same amount of tolerance for human error you bestow onto others. Zero.

Dr. Hardaway took time to explain my condition and offer a range of responses from OTC meds to prescriptions if the OTC meds didn't work. I prefer docs who offer solutions and let me pick. I would definitely see her again.

I am normally seen at the Naval Hospital,but was referred to Dr. Hardaway for unbearable itching from head to toe. It took a while to get the appointment, but it was worth the wait. From the office staff to the medical assistant to my meeting with the doctor, it was a very positive experience. Dr. hardaway conducted a thorough exam, from head to toe, and diagnosised the various conditions. The meds prescribed have significantly reduced the itching. I had amid afternoon appointment. I was seen within 10 minutes and I felt the time spent with the doctor was more than adequate.i would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking a dermatologist.

My appointment was for a skin cancer screening. Her assistant who did the in-take asked if I had any moles or spots I would like to have the Dr. look at while I'm here. I didn't know if they were moles but I had some spots that prompted me making the appointment so I pointed to some dark spots and said yes. After being 15 minutes late (appointment was first thing in the morning at 8:30am) Dr. Hardaway arrived, said I understand you want me to look at some moles. I said I wasn't sure if they were moles but...... she spun around in her chair, started to walk out and in a strong voice said she would need the gal to return for another in-take. She literally had the patient form I completed 45 minutes earlier that said I was there for a skin cancer screening in her hand. She wouldn't allow me to explain and walked out. Her assistant returned who caught the brunt of my anger.. I had decided I was leaving. As I was dressing the Dr returned. Said she heard I was unhappy. This time her… voice was kind and sympathetic. Long story short, she was the rudest Dr I had ever seen or known! She blamed her behavior on her assistant taking the wrong information, insurance company billing issues , and on and on. I had read another review about her that often she is late and doesn't listen. I'm sorry I didn't take those reviews seriously.
