Meet Christina Harris MS, RD, LDNChristina Harris is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others live their healthiest life in a sustainable way. She has been working as a dietitian for 6 years in various settings including hospital, outpatient clinic and private practice settings. Christina offers a judgement-free environment to meet clients where they are at in their health journey and finding what works best for the client. While her primary focus is meeting with individuals with diabetes, Christina has experience working with clients regarding weight concerns, emotional eating, heart health, kidney health and overall general nutrition.Approach to CareChristina combines evidence-based nutrition science with a compassionate approach to counseling patients to deliver health outcomes and improve patients’ day-to-day lives. Christina has an outgoing personality and keeps appointments lighthearted while challenging her clients at the same time.What to Expect in Your First …Session with Christina?In our first session we will start with a nutrition assessment to discuss your history, goals, priorities, your expectations for appointments as well as any concerns you might have. This will help me understand your lifestyle and start developing a plan to achieve your goals in a sustainable way.
