Dr. Christina Lynn Iannessa

My 3 kids have been seeing Dr. Iannessa even before she had her own office. They love coming here and I would not trust them going anywhere else.

I know my kids are always getting the best care. The staff and Dr. Iannesa always take the time to explain everything to me. They do the same with my kids as well during the appointments.

Arrived 8 minutes late to my 8am cleaning appointment due to morning traffic and was told we could not be seen. My daughter is 3 and actually loves going to the dentist and cried when I told her we had to leave. We were the very first appointment with no one else waiting. The receptionist embellished our lateness by adding time to the clock and informed us that our visit was already 1/2 way over. She asked us to come back at 10:30am with no concern to a busy parent's schedule. I also had our newborn with us. Any time I have visited prior, we have waited far longer than 8 minutes in the waiting room with no complaints on my end. I will be taking both of my kids elsewhere from now on. Update: After booking an appointment with another dentist and calling to retrieve my daughter's dental records, they informed me that I needed to come sign for them in person. I have 2 kids who have seen multiple doctors and sent multiple records to daycares, other doctors, etc. This is the first time I was… told this needed to be taken care of in person. Upon returning to the office, they then told me that they would provide printed records with a $10 fee for the first page and $2 for every page after that and I would need to come BACK to retrieve them at a later date because they take between 72 hours and 30 days to pull the file. They would not email or fax anything to me or directly to the dentist and blamed this on HIPA regulations. Funny how ALL other doctors I have used have found a way to email and fax this information. Most archaic & pathetic nickel and dime way to operate a professional medial office I have ever encountered.
