Dr Min is fair. She gives standard of care treatment but not much above that. Being diagnosed w Cancer for my first time was heart wrenching and life changing. I would have liked to have staff that was more compassionate, who helped me work through my insurance problems, returned my calls, helped me arrange all my tests. The staff will sit there and continue to work when you stand at the front desk until you ask for some help and flag down someone to help you. You have to call multiple times to make sure they do what they said they would (ie, arrange CT scan, get insurance approval). Definitely do your own research if you are getting the proper care because her treatments may be out of date. I thank god I have a family member who could do this for me and recommend additional treatments for me. Dr Min was open to trying other treatments suggested to her but I would have liked for my doctor to come up with those treatments herself.
