Dr. Christina Nelson Nye, MD

I was treated very well and took interest of my concern having double vision. She advised me to see a opthamologist near the town where I live too make it easier so I wouldn't have to travel 160 mi round trip. That was very nice of her to do that. I had cataract surgery on one and now I will be going back to Dr. Nye for further consultation of what I have to do to correct my double vision. She is concerned about that. Dr. Nye answered all of my questions and was very thorough in her examination. I recommend her highly as well as her staff.

Dr. Nye was called to do an emergency surgery at night on a weekend when my 9 year old son stabbed his eye with a pocket knife trying to open a box. She was very prompt in arriving to the hospital, incredibly efficient at breaking down the logisi

Our four children were diagnosed with Strabismus and were all in glasses when we began seeing Dr. Nye 8 years ago. She immediately revised one child's prescription so that she became less clingy and fearful. Another daughter had begun losing vision in one eye and Dr. Nye walked us through an experimental treatment that took our child from legally blind to normal vision with correction. Our oldest two children are now out of correction altogether thanks to Dr. Nye's effective early treatment.

Dr. Nye is EXCELLENT. She is very knowledgeable and incredibly sweet, and her staff is wonderful. I can't say enough about how fantastic she is!

Dr. Nye is an exceptional eye doctor. She is sincere in her care of children and very professional in her performance. She has performed eye surgery on 2 of my children and her skill is remarkable. I am so thankful to have found a competent surgeon and one who gives me great confience in the care my children receive. Very pleasant bedside manner.

We love dr nye the only downside to her office is the receptionist is not very courteous. She's not excited to see the kids and not very welcoming.

I have a great appreciation for Dr. Nye. She is great at what she does, and she combines her skill with a caring attitude. You can see in her eyes that she cares about the children she works with and operates on. They are not just a number for her. I recommend her highly.
