Been coming here for 10 years, all the Associates in the practice are good doctors but the office manager was rude and disrespectful when asking for a note for school for my asthmatic child. Instead of assisting to me, she began telling me that because her son has asthma and goes to school, that my asthmastic child should go to school. Then proceeded to inform me that my life long asthmatic child needed medication. Who is she to give me medical advice? Why did she think we were there as my child was suffering from an asthma attack? She also told me that we should go to a specialist. How unprofessional to reprimand me in front of other patients (waiting in line to check in) insinuating that I am not medicating my child properly and that is why he is missing school.. So, if you have the time to wait and get doctor's advice from a non qualified person, feel free to choose this office. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!
