Unprofessional, rude, dismissive about patients concern.

Poor patient rapport. I had questions and concerns and unfortunately she went so fast through the whole encounter that I barely got to ask one of the questions that I had as she was ready to leave the room. I was scheduled for an annual physical and I got there 20 minutes early and still had to wait one hour, for my early morning appointment. I didn’t mind waiting, but when my appointment lasted 30 seconds and she’s didn’t address my questions, I left very disappointed.

Dr Pyo is amazing! She is attentive, kind, and always seems to genuinely care. She goes out of her way to make sure I am taken care of, and I actually look forward to my appointments. She makes me feel very comfortable during prenatal cervical exams and is always very gentle. I wish she could be my doctor forever even when I’m no longer pregnant

She was a bit dismissive during my visit when I was trying to explain to her the pain I was feeling. She told me she would call me with the results from my lab but she just never did. Pretty unprofessional on her part but the rest of the staff at San Dimas were friendly and a lot more personable.
