My daughter is 3 1/2 and I still shudder when I think back on the horrible treatment I received from Dr. Sebestyen and her staff. This place is awful. If you had googled her just a few years ago you would find horrible reviews for her. I guess she has been working hard to remove online posts about the horrible experiences woman have had in her care. I made a big mistake by choosing her to deliver my baby. My advice, if you get the heebie jeebies, listen to your instincts and find a better fit. Dr. Sebestyen is NOT for everyone! Its okay to run the other direction if you think she or her staff are treating you poorly. More than likely you will have more bad experiences if you continue to see her. The last thing you need at your delivery is bad juju between you and your doctor. She gave me an awful episiotomy that still bothers me to this day. I'm only giving one star because I have to.

I was not treated with courtesy and respect. There was a popularity contest among expectant mothers. I was not listened to carefully. I did not feel comfortable asking all the questions that I wanted. I received very little attention because they had too many clients.

i cannot say enough good things about this whole office. they have 5 people that they rotate throughout your appointments so that by the end of your pregnancy you have seen them all a few times and you will 100% KNOW who is delivering your baby. there is no risk of a strange on-call doctor in the hospital. these doctors and midwives really care about me as a patient and they supported my desire for medication with my first child and support my goals of "going natural" with this pregnancy. every time i call i get to talk to a person, not an answering machine like so many other offices. great office! great doctor!

As a birth doula I can say Dr. Sebestyen is among the best OB/GYN's I've worked with. She acknowledges (non-complicated) labor and birth as a natural process instead of a medical event which needs to be micro-managed. That philosophy translates to the women in her care by instilling trust in the woman's body and abilities. She is a true birth advocate.
