Dr. Christina Shulman

Christina Shulman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life challenges while encouraging healing. Christina specializes in anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, life stress, exploring queerness, grief, and major life transitions. Christina completed her Master of Social Work with a concentration in mental health at the University of Denver. Her personal experience navigating the stressors and joys of life combined with her professional experience enables her to provide the guidance and support her clients seek. Christina uses multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
