Dr. Christina Marie Taufen, DO

Went to health services for a strep test. Doctor spent < 2 minutes in the room with me and asked almost no questions yet billed me over $400 for something coded as extensive history taking and complex decision making, often with 30 minutes of face-to-face interaction. Seems like a total scam. Would warn against using this doctor.

Dr. Taufen is a wonderful GP, and it will be quite difficult to find another GP to fill her shoes when I move out of state. I would, without a doubt, recommend her.

When we go to the doctor it is usually because we are sick or in search of answers. Some of us get extremely worried and stressed out. Dr. Taufen made my visit so comfortable that it put my mind at ease. She is very personable and demonstrates true understanding, compassion and professionalism. She showed me that she cares about her patients questions and concerns and it made me feel very confident. The wait time was just a bit long but it is totally worth the wait for the good care you will get with her. I plan on keeping her as my primary doctor for many years to come :) I most definitely recommend Dr. Taufen if you are in search of a primary doctor.
