My disabled son had an EKG 2 months ago and still no phone call with the results. I’ve left many messages with no response. I have also been leaving messages for my son’s prescriptions, again no response. The fact that she can have total disregard for her patients, especially her most vulnerable is so disheartening and totally unacceptable. Just want to warn anyone who is contemplating becoming a patient to reconsider. I will be changing doctors so my son can get the care he deserves.

When a physician - particularly one who chooses to treat the disabled or disadvantaged population - blatantly doesn't care, doesn't respond and causes more harm than good, it's time for her to re-think her career choice. Dr. Brown has consistently demonstrated a lack of care, empathy and professionalism toward at least one very needy patient. Stay away!

Unfortunately the first review of Dr Brown was on the wrong Dr Brown. The reviewer mistoke Dr Brown in Westbury NY with a Dermatologist out of Tx. My experience has been positive.

Dr. Brown met me for 5 minutes at my first appointment and sold me $300 in skin care products. The staff gave me the wrong products, so I had to go back - twice - to get the right products. She never even apologized or followed up on this mistake at my next appointment, just met me for 5 minutes and sold me another $200 in products. Then she charged me $40 for a no show. I contested the charge becasue I did not make the appointment I was charged for, her staff called me back and said the charge stays. I called again and said I did not make the appointment, and that I would fire her as my Dermatologist if she did not remove the charge. She refused - she wanted the $40. This Dr is pathetic when it comes to patient care and business sense. She's rude, arrogant and doesn't care about service because there are plenty of patients out there that will put up with her. Not me.
