I've been with Dr. Chai for about 10 years now and I could not be happier. She helped me find the right birth control to get my periods under control and was never judgmental of my personal choices regarding my sex life. She has always been there for me to make sure I am healthy and happy with my genitourinary care. Dr. Chai genuinely cares about her patients, and will put in the extra time and effort to make sure you get the best care.

Dr. Chai is by far the most thorough and caring doctor I have ever met. I wish all my doctors were as wonderful as Dr. Chai. Whether I have a big or small problem, she is always extremely helpful and I am so grateful for her expertise and knowledge.

Dr. Chai is the best doctor I have experienced. She is super friendly. Always very helpful and so knowledgeable in gynecology as well as other areas of medicine. She takes her time with you. Always very thorough and you leave with all your questions answered. Her front office is helpful and friendly. You will be very happy as her patient and feel well taken care of.

Heartless staff refused to even ask dr for a referral specific to my disease since Dr Chai is currently not accepting new patients. Could have at least taken msg and let dr chai decide if she cared to respond/help.
