Wish i could do zero stars. Horrible, unprofessional doctor. Doesn't seem to know anything, ever....always looking things up on her laptop, and still not knowing anything. Will make you wait an hour past your appt time for her to finally see you...then she will rush you out saying she is hungry. She told me to up my medication, then forgot to put in the rx ....so as a diabetic, I've been out of my meds for a week.....and we can't even get her to send a rx in for me. She absolutely does not care about her patients and should not be a doctor. I will be consulting a lawyer because this doctor should be sued for malpractice. Will never see her again. Keep your loved ones away.

Dr Chang is an excellent doctor. She has been my PCP for 5 years and she has seen me through my complicated medical conditions. While she is indeed knowledable in many areas, she does not pretend to know it all. She refers to specialists when needed. I believe that was her first myeloma-stem cell transplant patient. She researched my condition and we discovered that I also had a parathyroid condition(resulting in surgery) which Dana Farber had missed. Appointments with Dr Chang are thorough and never rushed. She truly cares

She is thorough. Very pleasant. Sends you to specialists appropriately. Once my kids turned adults, I enrolled them too with her, as I trust her and trust her judgement. She listens to you and is a very caring doctor.

My Dr., Christine W. Chang, is one of the greatest Drs. I have had in my life, and I am almost 70 years old. For the last 12 years she has taken care of both me and my wife. Her caring was way above the call of duty. I cannot thank her enough for that. Her Patient, Eric C. Olofson.

After moving to the Metrowest area I tried two other doctors before finding Dr. Chang. The first ordered batteries of unnecessary tests and never seemed to consult the previous notes during my visits (regularly told me I should take an aspirin a day and always looked surprised when I mentioned that the family history of aspirin intolerance was in the notes.) The second doctor - I never actually met, despite being a patient for two years. I saw physician assistants or nurse practitioners - and never the same one twice. Dr. Chang spent a lot of time trying to get to know me and my medical quirks and she remembers who I am and what I need. I trust her. She has found me exceptional specialists when needed and she orders necessary tests, but not excessive testing. I feel very confident that she knows what she is doing and that my health matters to her.

Dr. Chang was our internist for the last several years. Great clinical skills, accurately diagnosing when others overlooked subtle symptoms and she was available to serve her patient's needs. Her interview style and questions enable her to focus on the issues presented, rendering the right diagnosis. Fully engaged with patients while not an alarmist
