I was able to get a same-day appointment, when I called the front office with knee pain. Christine Chun is friendly, listened to my concerns, and clearly explained my condition and how to resolve the pain I was experiencing. She was not rushed, and I did not feel rushed during the appointment, which I appreciate. I also appreciate the after visit summary, which I can access online, and refer to in case I forget some of her instructions. A very helpful item in the front office, was a whiteboard with each provider's name and if they are running late or on time, so that you know upon check-in how long the wait might be. Overall, a very positive experience at the Orenco office.
