Front staff personnel are rude along with a man who seems to own the facility not sure what his role is there other than policing the facility and fraternizing and catering to the clients that he chooses. I went in for an appointment that they called me for when there I received an emergency phone call about my father of course I took that call inside of their facility in the waiting room that I was the only patient in please tell me if one of YOU would ignore an emergency phone call about your Parents? At any rate they said I was being rude and bullying the office staff because I made a statement that other patients have been on their cell phone and they thought it was appropriate to call the police on me because I mentioned that it was a race issue rude is when you don't take into consideration the emotional and family needs of your patience rude is your office staff raising their voice at a patient rude is calling the police when I acknowledge that it was an emergency phone call
