Dr. Dileo was amazing! She was very comfortable to talk to from the get go. After my surgery (which she performed), she took the time to visit me and follow up to see how I was doing. I recommend her for sure!

She seemed nonchalant about my issues and washed her hands off as soon as she could. I don't know if I would ever want to go back to her again... not to mention her office is a pain to go through

She's a very nice person and has good bedside manner. HOWEVER, she told me that I needed a LEEP procedure, which is very invasive, after an abnormal colpo. I got a second opinion and they were SHOCKED that she recommended a LEEP. They said that with my results, only cryosurgery was required. LEEP can cause miscarriage in 1% of pregnancies. They said that since I was young (23 years old), there is no reason for me to do a LEEP. Luckily, I went with the cryo. I haven't gotten the results back but cryo is supposed to be effective in 85% of patients. If you're in the unlucky 15%, then a second cryo should get rid of it all.

Her skills for diagnosing are non existent. I went to her with two problems and she had a very nonchalant attitude about both, and had barely any suggestions to solve the issues. I had to probe her for answers. She missed the problem completely and caused me to get unnecessary ultrasounds that cost me hundreds of dollars. I will NOT be going back to her. She did give me a good amount of time, but her bedside manner is detached and distant.

I would highly recommend Dr. Dileo. I have seen her twice now within a short period of time, and both times were a very pleasant experience. Not only did she have very good clinical skills, but also personally called me back 2-3 times afterwards to check up on me.

Bedside manner was cold and she seemed to be in a rush. The exam was gentle though and she seems to know what she's talking about.
