Dr. Christine Chang-Hong Dong, MD

I was treated with absolutely no consideration, patience, respect, or kindness by the office manager at Dr. Dongs office. While dealing with an active concussion after a car accident I was denied care at Dr Dongs office although I was referred by ER Drs to her for a follow up. I now understand that Dr Dongs office refuses to see car accident patients (and reasons as to why). Though this is their choice and right to practice; being treated with some kindness and respect when I had questions about their refusal to care for me was expected. Concussions can make basic conversations/planning a huge challenge. When you are called a “liability”, talked to as if you are completely incapable of understanding words, and treated as if your questions and concerns are an inconvenience to the medical professional capable of helping you or not...it feels terrible. Much less when you are in pain and in need of help. I would stay away from a business being run by a person like this.

I couldn't be happier. She is a wonderful doctor.

I have been to many doctors this past year and Dr. Dong was by far the most caring. I finally felt that I had someone who believed in my pain and wanted to find the reason for it. I would highly recommend this doctor for patients looking for answers.
