Dr. Christine Lynn Egan, MD

I had a lesion removed from my lower leg By Dr. Egan and was told that it would take a longer amount of time to heal due to the location. I use the medication as prescribed. I called Dr. Egan's office since the wound was red, had pitting edema, and the wound bed was not healing well. I was told on the phone that it was fine. I requested to send a photo and I was told I could not do that because of HIPPA. That's a totally ridiculous statement; patients send pictures to their doctors all of the time. I asked for a virtual appointment. Again I was denied because they don't do that anymore. I asked to come into the office. I was given an appointment eight days after the phone call that I placed. I went to my family MD who took one look at my leg and put me on 10 day course of antibiotics and sent me to a wound care specialist who I went to for two months. Bottom line, I am an experienced RN. I know when a wound is infected. If I had been an individual who followed these instructions,… or an older adult who did not have the wherewithal to seek further treatment, I would've ended up in the hospital with a systemic infection which could be deadly. What is even more disturbing is that Dr. Egan did not once reach out to me. Says a lot about a person's character.

Almost never have to wait to be seen. Very personable and great "bedside manner". I have the utmost confidence in Dr Egan's advice and treatment.

I was rudely approached by the office staff. Dr. Egan was very nice but the nurse was rude, arrogant and just plain old mean. The nurse argued with me for 15 minutes. Very dissapointed.

Dr. Egan is the best. Because of her specialty in skin cancer, she has saved menu lives and is very personable and caring.

Dr Egan is very professional and has a pleasant, friendly bedside manner. She is very thorough in explaining any procedures and offering options if needed. I have great confidence in her ability and knowledge of skin disorders. Office staff can be somewhat rushed at time but overall courteous and friendly.

Dr. Egan is always thorough, cordial and professional. She is spot on with her diagnosis. I would recommend her highly to anyone with skin issues or sensitivities. She has been a tremendous resource for our family.

The office staff are uncaring, unorganized, rude, and unhelpful. It's unfortunate because Dr. Egan is wonderful, but I am now looking elsewhere. The staff has made it too difficult to make appointments.

I travel a considerable distance to see Dr. Egan who was recommended to me by a psychiatrist who works in my Department. I have had melanoma, so I needed someone who is really sharp. Dr. Egan is that. She is friendly (which I need) and a pleasure with whom to work. I am confident in her care.
