I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Frissora at NY Presbyterian. She is an excellent stomatologist—very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. From the very first visit, she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and treats her patients with kindness and compassion. Her sweet and attentive manner truly shows how much she cares about her patients’ well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Frissora to anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful dental specialist.

For my IBS symptoms over many years I was looking for more from a gastrologist whose treatment regimen was more careful eating and the use of fiber supplements-which only worked sporadically. Dr. Frissora was patient in listening to my concerns and took the time to look carefully at medical history. She actually put me on a program which for the first time in many years I am hopeful will give me relief my daily stomach discomforts. Highly recommend seeing this physician.

Christine Frissora is truly remarkable, and not in any way one could recommend. I have on two occasions had the misfortune to encounter her in a clinical setting, one more egregious than the next. She is unprofessional, self absorbed, and unreliable to the point of preposterousness. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone and dearly hope we never cross paths again.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy one week from now. Had my Covid test and was ready for action. Monday I got a call from someone in the office telling me that the Dr. had been booked somewhere else that week and asking did I want to continue with the Dr. who was taking over her cases or reschedule? I asked who the Dr. was and was given a very common last name and through google it was impossible to tie the name to an actual person. I eventually got the Dr.'s first name out of the assistant but while it narrowed the pack, it didn't conclusively confirm which Dr. would be performing this serious procedure. I asked if she could ask her manager to help me figure out who this Dr. was. I told her that she need not wait on the phone, but she could email or call back with the information when she had it. She actually said to me..."I hope I remember to call you back." Of course, she didn't... I emailed once a day for the last 4 asking whether she had the information I needed. She kept… blaming her manager. Not sure what's going on over there but it's not close to the professionalism and helpfulness that I associate to over a dozen doctors I've seen at Weill Cornell. I feel sorry for anyone who has to spend a day on the phone canceling people's appointments but either this woman wasn't trained on how to do this professionally and armed with information that any thoughtful patient would need, or she's just bad at her job. And all of my attempts to raise concerns directly have been rebuffed and blamed on the non-responsive manager.
