This physician was very evasive and unprofessional when it came to the attention that there was an error on the doctors part regarding incorrect medical information being reported throughout her patients medical record. The physician refused to speak to/see the patient! The patient requested that this error be ammended w/in file as soon as possible per moving out of state very soon. SEVERAL calls asking about whether she had made the ammendment went completly ignored. Doctor REFUSED to make an appointment with patient for medication refill after incident..claiming once medical records were requested (they were personally requested prior to moving...no transfer) you are no longer a patient. Document was ammended once only on front page stating it was changed "per patient request"...not because it was the doctors office clerical mistake and that the information w/in my medical record was in fact inaccurate. As of now it has been over 12 days and physician/office was fully aware of… the time sensitivity of this issue as well as the gravity of mistake made within the medical record...SOO UNPROFESSIONAL!
