Dr. Christiane Mary Hakim, MD

Dr. Christiane Hakim may well have jeopardized my health in exposing me to 3 sets of the highest level radiation mammograms -- to the point my breast was hot, has turned pink and stayed that way years later, and I developed raised brown spots on my skin within weeks of it. She gets a 1-Star POOR rating because she wouldn't believe that a patient would have the audacity to refuse to have a chip put in (my father was a researcher involved with bioelectric fields - I know firsthand what pieces of metal floating in tissue can do), and that I would go somewhere else to do it When she had refused to do it without one. She actually said, "I don't believe you. Those scars could be from anything." Like I would lie? She said, "You have brain injury. You made it up." Really?!!!!! I have scars on my breast! My Dad went with me to ensure they did not put in a chip! She needs to be fired. I was so traumatized from her basically keeping me captive and haranguing me and putting me down for a good 20… minutes -- after 2 hrs of standing around, having my breast smashed repeatedly through 3 sets (9 smashes), and no food or water, that I have not been back for a mammogram since. My doctors are now insisting I get one. The trauma is fresh in my mind and I don't want to. I will go. But I will check to make sure she has nothing to do with it.

Horrible expierence with the doc. Felt like I was inconvenience for them and she was a "God"
