Dr. Christine C Halaburka, MD

The staff was a little rude but my biggest complaint is that she seemed clueless or careless about infection control. When she came into the room she barely wet her hands when washing them then dried them with a previously used cloth towel. She wore very loose clothing that draped our child smothering her with whatever germs she picked up from draping previous potentially sick children/patients. She was unkempt and sloppy and seemed a high infection risk all on her own in addition to whatever risks most pediatrician offices carry.

The front staff is rude and unprofessional. Recommend going elsewhere.

Why did we ever come see her.. Staff changes everyday..

Dr. Halaburka is good experienced doctor, however, her billing department is very unprofessional and unreasonable. The insurance company had made an error in processing a claim and Halaburka's billing department made threats of small claims court to the parents of the patient if the full amount was not paid withing 30 days of recieving the first bill, rather than giving adequate time to resolve the issue. I will never go back to Halaburka again because of her billing departments's outrageuos behavior and unprofessionalism, nor will I recommend her to friends.

The front desk was efficient and very friendly. I had a very short wait. Dr Halaburka was very friendly and attentive. People in the office were very pleasant and efficient.
