Dr. Christine Hungerford Heubi, MD

Dr. Heubi is an excellent surgeon. We moved here specially to have our daughters airway corrected. After two nightmare revisions on the west coast with lengthy recoveries that seemed very touch and go we are amazed at what Dr. H has done. She’s to the point, honest, and knows what she’s doing. The follow up care has been amazing as well. She’s at Cincinnati Childrens for a reason. This is where you find the best of the best.

Dr. Heubi did a great job explaining our son’s condition to us. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us so that we fully understood his condition. She gave us great advise on how we could help his condition. She also took the time to listen to our concerns. My husband and I walked out of the office with all of our questions answered. I am a very cautious mama when it comes to my little ones and I felt as if our son was in great hands.

She was not sympathetic, helpful, kind, or patient with myself and my 5 year old today. The entire “exam” was less than 15 SECONDS and the rest of the time was spent with her questioning my concerns instead of giving me answers and positive, calming suggestions to my child’s situation. I will be filing a formal complaint and will absolutely NOT be returning to that office. Someone in that field should learn how to be soothing and calming when working with small ill children and concerned parents who did not attend medical school. Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. My daughter did not receive the loving care she so desperately needed from a professional. Take your kid elsewhere if you want them (and yourself) treated kindly and respectfully.
