Do not go to this organization. Last week we had our six-month checkup. They wanted to do a phone review so they could charge another $20 copay. We cancelled that so they scheduled a "physical" instead. It was not a physical as everything they did had been done a week earlier or could have been.

Money. The clinic owned by this provider runs it similar to a cattle auction. They herd them in for money, failure to treat, diagnose, even show the slightest bit of care or concern. And then you pay and go. You’re taking a greater chance of getting more sick going there, in waiting room for sum 3 + hrs, as I assure you, you will not receive any kind of care.

Staff girls are beyond rude and rude to the point of I’m now looking for a new doctor” I spoke with a girl named Kayla or Jayla and she was so beyond rude she hung up on me 3 times and refused to apologize when she found out SHE HAD MADE THE MISTAKE... as long as she is employed there, I will stay with the new doctor WHO WANTS MY BUSINESS. This woman was talking to ( I’m guessing her mother) so loudly and about the patients who “she had to deal with” her obscenity was so bad I got up and left, she was saying she hated her job “she is not paid enough to put up with the s#*t that the less fortunate”than her, as she scowlinly looks you up and down as to say “ my clothes cost more than you make in a month “, my friend heard her tell a patient in the next exam room. Very poor service and from a very unpleasant young lady who has cost you at least 8 people who went to you because of my recommendation. I am still apologetic for the referral. As long as she is employed there, you will lose a… LOT more than the 8 I spoke of. Hopefully you will listen to the “payer”instead of a inconsiderate person who gets PAID TO BE RUDE?!! No thank you.

The doctors are great but the level of professionalism from the staff is a joke. I have had to call 3 times to get my husband prescription. They finally got a prescription over to the pharmacy but it was the wrong one... spent $50 on a prescription that was the wrong one. And nothing can be done about it and now I have to wait another day to get this taken care of because none is up there to help...

Dr hollands office Is a joke, I feel sorry for the staff that has to work under her. All she cares about is money.

Exceptional care!

I love Dr. Holland! Her staff is pleasant and helpful. My initial wait time was about 10 minutes in the waiting room and about 5-10 max in the exam room. But she actually talks to you! No matter how long it takes, she will sit and explain everything to you, tell you what she is doing step by step and even explains what the meds actually do instead of you second guessing. She is definitely a gem in a field full of arrogant idiots who just want to run off to the next paying customer.

Best place to go if you need care fast AND need follow-ups. Good staff even on weekends and they keep up to date on things.

The doctors there are good and helpful and really sweet. with that being said, the girls they have working in the front is a joke. you have to constantly call back and remind them to send your prescription over or call to see If they have your results in or they will forget. just today alone I have had to call them 3 times to send my prescription over to CVS. and it is still not taking care of. It gets ridiculous sometimes. I feel like I have to harass the girls to get anything done. .
