Dr. Christine Lynn Johnson, MD

The other reviews are right - any stars are too high for this doctor. She herself needs training.

This is the doctor Centre for Neuro Skills who oversees their brain injured clients. Unbelievable! I'm not sure what her specialty is supposed to be, exactly, as she seems not to know much of anything. And hostile on top of that. Really, NOT a doctor. These reviews match my experience with her. CNS really needs to find someone else asap! They are doing growth hormone studies, but this overseeing doctor has no idea about other common hormone problems with injured brains. It's scary.

Dr. Johnson has been in her field too long. She diagnoses by her OPINION and not facts. I am sure she never reads these reviews, why would she when she knows it ALL. I saw her the first time and she gave me an anti depressant, I saw her the second time after an eeg test that showed no activity even thou the button had been pushed by people taking caring for me 27 times. Her answer to me was to remove my glasses that protected me from the severe sensitivity to light and told me to remove my ear plugs because how did I expect to get a job with them on. Needless to say I have a traumatic brain injury that affected the brain stem. She is careless and needs to take the time to LEARN instead of react to her own outdated training. MS. Johnson does not deserve the title of DR. until she earns it.

With medical complications we've met some good doctors. Dr Johnson is not one of them. She is THE most bizarre doctor we've met. That's why I am going to the trouble of writing. Her input was vague. She was really rude and kind of passive-aggressive. This was weird. I don't think she is stays up with her specialty. She disagreed with everything I said. She needs better people skills. The other posters are right.

It is astonishing that a doctor could ask so few questions, yet have so many off-the-wall comments and think that is OK. It's not.

I had a neck pain rated at a 10, she diagnosed and treated me. Within 10 days the pain was down to a 5 and in 30 days was down to a 2. I have been maintaining a 2 for 60 days now. I have a problem that will never go away but is very manageable now. She has done an excellent job and her staff is the best.

I FOUND DR JOHNSON TO BE INSULTING, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DOWNRIGHT HURTFUL. I SOUGHT TREATMENT FROM HER FOR AN INFECTED SURGICAL WOUND THAT REQUIRES A WOUND VAC AFTER A MAJOR SURGERY, AND HER INSENSITIVITY TO MY PAIN, EVEN AFTER NURSE REPORTS FROM MY HOME HEALTH NURSE, ASTONISHING. I CRIED AND WAS MORE INSULTED THAN I HAVE BEEN IN YEARS. I WAS TOLD I LOOKED LIKE A "MEDICATION SEEKER" FOR ASKING FOR STRONGER MEDICATION THAN LORTAB FOR A TOTAL NEPHRECTOMY,(THAT INCLUDED A REMOVAL OF MY RIB, A WOUND INFECTION THAT IS OPEN AND BEING PACKED, AND A CONSTANT NEGATIVE PRESSURE WOUND VAC. ALL OF MY DIGNITY WAS LOST DURING THAT VISIT. IT WAS HORRIBLE.SHE EVEN CALLED MY PHARMACY TO CHECK MY RX HISTORY-WHO, BY THE WAY CALL PHYSICIANS WHEN THEY SUSPECT STRANGE RX BEHAVIOR. SAVE YOURSELF THE HUMILIATION.
