Dr. Christine Denise Kilcline, MD

It is hard to get an appointment with this doctor and there is only one bathroom that is shared with many other offices. The waiting room is cramped and the wait after check in is long. Dr. Kilcline is arrogant and does not listen to to patient complaints adequately. I've have seen her twice and on both visits, she interrupted me as I described my symptoms and cut me off. When I finally finished my statement, she was argumentative and insisted that what I told her occurred, did not result in my symptoms. The second visit, she insisted the problem would resolve itself. I was working in the garden when I was pierced by a sharp object. After eight weeks, my finger was still tender, swollen and red. I could not see anything and knew whatever happened resulted in a deep wound not readily visible to my eye. I went to Dr. Kilcline to have her open my finger and remove the offending object. I attempted to explain the scenario, but Kilcline insisted that my finger was swollen… due to working in the cold. She said she had many patients with the same condition. I told her that I was not working in the cold and repeated I was pierced by a sharp object that caused intense pain. I pulled off my work gloves but could not determine the point of entry and my finger remained swollen ever since. She insisted the problem would resolve naturally. Two months later, I opened the finger myself and removed a small thorn. The swelling subsided for a week and returned as before. the finger remained tender to the touch. After another two months, pus oozed from my finger and with a bit of poking, my husband pulled a metal sliver from my finger a quarter of an inch long. There is a bit of scar tissue in the finger now, but it as well as the discomfort could have been avoided had Kilcline taken my complaint seriously and stopped speaking over me. If she listened more, she may be surprised to find that she doesn't know everything.

Could not diagnose what I was experiencing! I Left the office no more knowledgeable than when I walked in! Was charged a lot for no help!
