Christine Marie Kraft

I've had two appointments with this provider. She either didn't review available outside documentation (required) or failed to document or act on actionable results if she did (also required). Her notes contradict themselves, one even listing that I had no complaints about the issue she documented and treated during the same appointment. Both encounters documented answers I did not given to questions that were never asked. Both documented head to toe exams, although she never even bothered to drag out a stethoscope. That was a weird decision because her nurse had documented notable tachycardia 5 minutes earlier... But I digress. Final impression: This provider either isn't aware of or does not care about the regulations governing her place of employment or minimum professional standards. Decide for yourself, but in my opinion, perhaps it would be a good idea to avoid her.
