Dr. Christine H. Lee, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Christine Lee for 3 years and have received outstanding care. She is professional and she listens to me. I never feel rushed but always feel valued. She has impressed me with the thoroughness of her examinations and questions she asks. She seems to stay current in family medicine, too, and that is especially important to me. All of her messages to me, e.g., test results, include a personal note. I most highly recommend her.

I have to all the time to get them, A couple times I have waited 2 months be I would get my test results. I had to call just to get my results. I had some test done, I got the results on line that day were I went for the testing.

I have been going to Dr. Christine for the past nine years. Never felt a human touch, she would come as a robot with her iPad, each time read list of my medicines, check my tongue and ears and leave the room. Last Friday was really horrible, I have moved away about 20 miles from the doctor's office. Last Friday, I was late for my appointment by 10 minutes and they refused to check me. I kept begging that I drove 20 miles and I am late due to bad traffic and no one listened to me. I left the office and decided to change the doctor immediately.

Dr. Lee and her office staff are going to be the standard by which I measure health providers. The office staff is courteous and the nurses are friendly. Getting an appointment is easy once you get through the phone--though I have waited for over half an hour on the phone before, and the static, crackly hold music drives me nuts.I was usually seen within a few minutes, and I think my longest wait was about 10. Dr. Lee is very kind, listens, is friendly though not chatty, and was excellent at following up via phone or paper when I needed results for a test. She can be very gentle and doesn't like to push you into doing something, which sometimes meant I felt like we were talking around things and that it sometimes took a while to figure out if she was suggesting something that I *should* do, or just suggesting something that I might want to think about.She was also excellent at working with me to get the care I needed--as a college student, was home only every few months so we had to… carefully schedule appointments and prescriptions.Overall, I though Dr. Lee was excellent, and I'm only switching doctors because I moved permanently out of state.
