Dr. Mackey a warm and caring human being, shows compassion and has a wonderful bed side manner. I highly recommend her and consider her a friend as well as my PCP.

I have seen Dr. Mackey for 5 years. I always found her to be adequate but in the past several years her practice has become so busy that she literally has less than 5 minutes to spend with any patient. In my last several visits,it was obvious that she hadn't taken even a cursory glance at my chart. I was left to explain the reason for my visit in less than a minute, handed a prescription and hustled out the door. It seems like she has chosen to pre-emptively medicate her patients as a hedge against not spending enough time to know the patient and develop a treatment plan. I am changing doctors.

She compassionately helped us take care of our mom at home and was always responsive and helpful.
