If your young in 30s or even 40s go elsewhere u will waste years

Overall had a good experience here after visiting a few different clinics. Like any clinic, it can be a bit of a factory at times and you do have to be on top of your own protocols and test results to make sure things don’t get confused or messed up. That being said, this practice felt the least factory like of any my husband and I visited. I recall one phone call to get test results Dr Mullin personally making sure, without my even requesting it, to give me the results personally because “she knows I’ve been through so much”, as she explained on the phone. She also did my sonograms personally quite a few times without my even asking her to in advance. You don’t get that level of individual attention at most, if any, ivf clinics. Affiliated with a great hospital. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to begin their ivf or general infertility journey.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Mullin and her staff. They were very accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. Thankfully we only had to go through three cycles, but we felt secure and confident with our choice to go to Dr. Mullin and Northwell Feritility every step of the way. Dr. Mullin took it upon herself to contact my insurance when they refused to pay for the first cycle. Through her persistence, we eventually got it covered. When you have to go to the larger Northwell facility for weekend monitoring, you will most likely have to wait, as the office is massive and we live in a highly populated area. As someone who has experienced fertility at RMA and friends who have gone to NYU this is standard, so just be ready to wait a bit. We’re so thankful for Dr. Mullin and her staff. Thanks to them we’ll be welcoming our twin girls in a few weeks.

I ABSOLUTELY loved Dr. Mullin and her staff at the Mineola location! She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, every question no matter what it was and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to Dr. Mullin I get the chance to embrace motherhood. It was a very bittersweet day for me when we were released from her practice and onto my OB GYN. I will forever be grateful and thankful for her advice and comfort during the scariest time of my life. Thank You, Dr. Mullin & Staff!

Wish I could give her zero stars. This is a doctor who is very disorganized with no bed side manner whatsoever. She never told me about a very important test result (for me) and the outcome of that would possibly have prevented my husband from having a very invasive surgery. Doesn’t return calls, leaves you in the dark. If you want someone to walk you through this stressful process in a caring way do not go to her. Just because she’s a Northwell doctor doesn’t mean she’s your only choice!!

Dr Mullin is fantastic. She took so much time with my husband and I on our first visit. She very clearly explained the workup and course of treatment to us. She was always warm, upbeat and happy to answer all of our questions. Her staff is wonderful as well. They were all so knowledgeable and supportive. I never felt alone in this process. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Mullin and have already recommended her practice to many others!

Amazing doctor who is extremely knowledgable and really cares about her patients!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Mullin and all of her staff at the Mineola office. I found Dr. Mullin to be very knowledgeable and she was extremely helpful and caring during a very stressful time in my life. ALL of the nurses and staff at the office were lovely as well. I would recommend her to anybody that needs an RE.
