Rude. Racists. If you have even slightest accent, be prepared to be treated like incompetent. Refused to prescribe medication I used to take because she didn't think it was what it was. I got it from another doctor and had emidiate relief and still taking it. If u are a foreigner, go somewhere else.

Dr. Neto is a great Doctor. In 1994 at Maryland General Hospital. Dr. Neto saved my child’s life. I had a high risk pregnancy. My insurance company wanted to put me out of the hospital Dr Neto kept me there anyway. My daughter is now 25 years old. I truly thank you ??. Quincie Griffin

my english is really bad, i paid to her $500 for a consult and wow i wait for 40 minutes in the room and when she come she just stay 10 minutes bullying me just because i not speak english. she speak english and spanish, so i go to the doctor and i paid to her for help not for she yelling me and tried like trash, she yelling me very close to my face and say to many times, you need speak english for live in here. she not paid my food so why she care about if i not speak english? is my life if i speak just spanish she not need be rude and just yelling me taking about my language. every time i make a question she yelling me, i was so afraid and scare she was so rude and angry, disgusting bully. she is a doctor or a bully? she discriminate hispanic patient just because they not speak english. well i not speak english and thanks to me she win $500, well she can still be nice with people who speak english is okay. is disgusting and cruel doctor who will bullying you for some silly excuses… about my race and my language. well she not help me, just bulling me. i was crying i feel so humiliate but this is bully doctor think can know everything she think if someone speak english so they can live and here so she not bullying them. well how many people live in here and speak english and they still very poor, homeless, she think english make you better or easy for live in here? ignorant racist cruel doctor. for live in here you need work hard and be a decent person, speak english not make you better or make you rich. well she not have good looking, so i see her english not help her.

Dr. Neto is always kind and caring. I have followed her from other locations just to stay in her care.

Dr. Neto has been my GYN doctor for about 11 years. She was my obstetrician and delivered my son 10 years ago. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Neto, she is genuinely caring and has been a very good doctor to me. She always answers my questions professionally and I feel that she takes the time to thoroughly examine me. She also has a good sense of humor and bedside manner. I have been very happy with my care under Dr. Neto.

Dr. Neto is very rough around the edges and coarse talking. I gave her a chance to see if the realtionship could work, but she failed miserably. Although she kept ontop of my appts, she acted rushed and insensitive. She explained that "it wasen't her, maybe it was me." Then suffering through a miscarriage, she told me if I would have got a D&C I would not be in the pain I was. While this may be true, how unprofessional, insensitive can one Dr. be??? I could see woth some "bedside manner" training this doctor could be great, but until then I do not rec her. Good luck.

I was having a GREAT experience with this doctor...until I called to schedule a followup and was told that she had left the practice, no reason given, and they did not know what her plans were. Have recently found out that she started practicing in Berlin, MD. It's a shame, because she seemed like a first-class doctor
