Dr. Christine G Asdourian, MD

It’s been many years since I’ve been seen by Dr Asdourian, I found her to be exceptional in her field. My original Dr Habba had a sudden departure from the pain clinic to return to his home for personal reasons. I’m shocked as some of the poor reviews, anesthesiologist generally look to provide nerve block to relieve pain and most do not want to feed a lifelong addiction.

I would say that this person is in the wrong field of medicine, perhaps pathology would suit her better. You would think someone who deals with pain would have a little bit of personality and compassion. She was cold and I felt like she had no time for me. I am pretty sure she thought I was there for drugs (opioids). I am sure she did not look at my MRI because I was referred to her office for a 2nd opinion and she did not state any of the things about my imaging that the first doctor did. She was rude and offered no help. I left so depressed for my 3 hour ride home. I have been in pain for months having had a failed spinal fusion. DON'T GO TO THIS PERSON!!!! I can't even call her a doctor.

There is nothing to like about her. She is too good for her patients. She belongs riding her horse as evidenced by her leggings and boots. Something about an older woman dressed like that is not appealing. She did nothing to help me, in fact I ended up in the ER the day after I saw her. The spine center is filthy late in the day, as evidenced by a truck load of toilet paper in the waiting room rest room. No cleaning during the day. The nursing staff is rude. This is not typical BIDMC. Also based her diagnosis on an old MRI when I brought my newer one twice, easier to read someone else's notes than read for herself.

I went into this office with hope and optimism and left with a feeling of utter hopelessness and despair. Dr. Asdourian could lecture on callous indifferance and mean-spirited cruel remarks. The Hippocratic oath seems to have slipped by her unnoticed.

I was amazed with the level of just heartlessness from this woman. Cold as can be. She Really tried to push/sell me hard into getting steroid injections in my spine without even reviewing my MRi then cancelling my appointment last minute and giving me a 3 month replacement appointment. She was highly insulted and visibly upset when I asked basic questions regarding the frequency i will have to have injections and if i will be in more pain & discomfort than im in now 2 years from now after doing injections, that was just too much for me to ask and she canceled my appointment when I tried to reschedule an appointment and speaking to a rude person after missing a morning appointment that i didnt know about, they gave me a option for 3 months away. When I called in and spoke to someone else and explained that Apt will not work for me, magically they had an Opening that day, after driving à hour they canceled my appointment because i raised my voice and i was upset with the rude lowlife… that answered the Phone that MORNING sont they canceled my appointment after me getting à MRI at her request and going through 12 weeks of aquatic physical thérapie at her request. She canceled my appointment with no regard for my pain or my time. I am beyond upset that this woman calls herself à doctor. She is a shill and has sleazy used car salesman approach to how she treats her patients.

Dr. Peeters-Asdourian has provided excellent care for me. Her diagnosis and treatment of my relentless back pain was careful, progressive and ultimately completely effective. In the process of her providing up-to-date care to the patient, she also passes along her knowledge and skill to senior fellows and residents who observe and assist her.
