She was very arrogant and she didn't follow proper protocol so says a nurse in a attorney office. She denied me antibiotics and she didn't give me a IV and Benadryl. Later on after I made them aware she lied about giving me Benadryl. I threatened to call the police on her. In the report they actually deliberated on my ride home. My ride was there in ten minutes.

Dr. Perry saw me for a severe blunt trauma to the back, with symptoms consistent with sprains to the spinal ligaments in the thoracic and cervical region. She ordered CT and X-Ray imaging, both of which were negative, and diagnosed a muscle sprain only. Had she ordered an MRI, I would have known about the damage to the ligaments and discs of my upper back and taken precautionary treatment measures to prevent the onset of a debilitating, lifelong condition of disc herniations which I now face. Please learn from my (and her) mistake. When confronting a back injury with pain in the center of the back (i.e. along the spine) always INSIST on an MRI.
