In addition to never settling on a diagnosis because she liked to change my diagnosis all the time (maybe because I never had one to begin with) I confronted her when I found out that we had a mutual friend who she had confirmed that she was my psychiatrist. That’s a violation of confidentiality and could have cost me my job as a counselor. After I confronted her on it and told her that I wanted to change doctors so that I could continue to be in compliance with my VR counselor requirement and return to work she retaliated by giving me a diagnosis of personality disorder NOS. Never before I’m the 7 years had she assigned me that diagnosis, but it was left on my indelible medical record. The next psychiatrist had to put it as “hx of personality disorder” in order to remove it. I only found out when I requested my records.

This person is fail. Stay away from her, she doesn't have a clue on modern medicine. Shes a old quack who is not up on new medicine. She prescribe prozac for alcoholism.
