If you have a child that is scared don’t have this doctor take the cast off when your child screams it hurts. DR q will say nice to see you again (never met) and rush to bend arm back further on child and then get annoyed at child like she has better things to do. After cast is off my child is in pain and scared screaming they rush child for X-ray then she will accuse you of breaking the law when you want to be in the room with your underage child to see an x-ray with your child even know the people who work there before (who were great just she is terrible) let us do it every time we’ve been there... this lady needs medication

Dr. Quattro has treated both of my boys. I would highly recommend her. She corrected what another doctor could not fix on my youngest son after him being in cast and a wheelchair for months.

Everything flows smoothly, but the tension in the air and audacity to be laughed at and be like we are letting you go and work me for a full day???? Its ok ive got better

She is a joke, her practice is a joke. She and her office do not care one bit about their patients, you can easily see by all the negative reviews and by their responses to these reviews. Expect to spend 4 hours waiting and only 5minutes with the doctor. Horrible horrible office...i do not know why they are still open especially with such horrible reviews and low ratings. Beware find someone else.

Dr. Quatro, answered all of my questions. The staff was very friendly. Got in the next day after a referral from my pcp. Would highly recommend

I brought my daughter in for a fracture ankle. And I did read the reviews, but I decided to go anyway. I am glad I did. Thanks Varsity and Staff for a great job.

I went in to have my one year old son's cast removed. My mom stayed in the empty waiting room with my other four children while we saw the doctor. While I am in the room my other children are playing and being typical children in a waiting room. Well the office manager, Paula Zimmer, came out and told my three year old son if he didn't stop yelling she would take him to the back of the office and show him children in pain and what a real reason to yell is. I confronted her and told her how disrespectful and rude she was and all she said was sorry you feel that way. My three year old is terrrified now. Anytime he sees an elderly woman like Mrs..Zimmer he cries and panics. Not only this, but my son had severe irritation on his legs when they removed his cast. There solution was instead of cleaning off all of the blood and dirty to just simply apply an antibiotic cream to the dirty sores. I told Dr. Quattro when she came back in the room that was not acceptable and that he needed to be… cleaned up and bandaged. Finally a very nice nurse came in and treated his wounds probably. Paula Zimmer needs to be fired immediately for her actions. I have called and asked for the doctor to call me regarding this manner and have not received a call. NEVER take anyone to this office.

Appears to have a lot of new staff. Our initial visit took 2 hours due to new employee intake personnel and questions asked twice ( intake sheet and then verbally). Billing dept is not user friendly. Receptionist is ok. The office appears disorganized at times. Witnessed a lot of on the job training of the staff on my own child during visits. Review of surgery will be determined in a month or so after my child has time out of their cast.
