Dr. Christine Margaret Rattin, DO

Christine Rattin DO left a lot of patients behind when she left St Joseph, Mo. Christine is compassionate she educates her patients and pays close attention to every detail You are truly missed here in Saint Joseph Missouri.

She was very rude. My first visit post MI. She came in the room asking, why I was there seeing her. They did not have my medical records and 5 weeks post MI could tell me nothing about my personal condition and then scheduled me 3 months out! She seemed mad that I was there! If your looking for a female doctor expecting to be compassionately heard, keep looking!

Though Dr Rattin is a thorough and diligent scientist her follow through and the follow through of her office was scattered and poor and she ultimately was very rude to me.

My appointment was cancelled last minute without telling me. I called while I was on my way out of town to find out. The receptionist was hesitant to tell me instead of being straightforward that the doctor didn't want to see me. They need to review patient charts ahead of time. If there is an issue let your patients know weeks before not the day of. They need to make courtesy calls to patients to confirm. I called yesterday afternoon and the appointment was scheduled. They told me to call again in the morning to make sure it wasn't cancelled. I shouldn't even have to do that, the office is not professional.

Dr. Rattin was so knowledgeable on my condition. She explained everything with so much kindness and patience with me. Thankful to have such a wonderful doctor.

Doctor is very good. She takes time to talk to you and is good to diagnose a problem and check into any complaints I have. I trust her with my care.
