Dr. Christine Lori Rongey, MD

This is blatant false advertising and misrepresentation. They lured me in with a Botox ad, then substituted a cheaper, off-brand product without consent. That is dishonest and unsafe business practice. I went to LuxMD after seeing their Instagram ads clearly advertising Botox for $13 per unit. What I actually received was Leytbo, an off-brand version of botulinum toxin, not genuine Botox. This was never disclosed before treatment. When I confronted Dr. Rongey about it, she admitted Leytbo was used but refused to offer a refund. Before realizing this, I even returned for a touch-up and was charged another $350 -- again under the impression I was receiving Botox. Only later did I learn I had been misled twice. Consumers deserve transparency, especially with medical treatments. My experience with LuxMD and Dr. Rongey felt like being cheated and taken advantage of. I strongly advise others to avoid this clinic.
