Dr. Christine G. Saad, MD

Dr Saad is nice and competent. The office is a nightmare. Communication is horrible. Wait times are ridiculous. They say to plan on being there 90-120 minutes, but do plan on longer......like up to 3 hours!!!!! mostly waiting. They say l"et us know if you have problems". I told the tech I was having fuzzy vision after surgery....either Doc never read the notes, or disregarded them. I messaged her about a dark shadow.....seemed to be ignored as well...thinking I need to follow up with a different eye doc to make sure I am ok.....

Dr Saad has performed two eye surgeries for me over past couple of years and I am scheduled for another next month. Her medical knowledge and surgical skills are outstanding as is her bedside manner. She truly cares about her patients.

I found office staffs and Dr at this location are very much careless, negligent about the patient, commercial and crazy for the money. Dr as well as office staffs at this location do not have any empathy for the patients. It seemed to me their systems are also very bad and problematic.

Clerical staff less than satisfactory- medical staff average

I had contracted shingles and Dr. Saad saw me immediately, diagnosed me, ordered a special medication for me, and spent time explaining the illness to me. She made me feel relieved with the nature of my illness and made sure that I had a follow up appt.

Extremely thorough exam and caring staff. Dr. Saad is an expert diagnostician and a caring human being with a calming manner and an expert knowledge of eye diseases and treatment.
