You never know how much you value a good doctor until you have to find a new one. I was very saddened to hear that Dr Smith had to stop practicing. I wish her the best and hope things turn out okay for her and her little boy.

Dr. Smith ended up having a rare debilitating disease and is now disabled. It would show compassion to have her name removed from this survey.

She does not listen to the patient. I only make an appointment when I am very sick. I explained my symptoms and was excused without medication. Three days later I went back and was fortunate to have a doctor on call look after mee. I had an infection in 3 of the 4 areas of my lungs with a very high fever. My lungs have never been the same.A friend had her as well. She went in with pains in her breast area and was told for 2 1/2 months that it was a pulled muscle due to some physical activity she had done....she had breast cancer and the Dr. Smith never bothered to do a breast exam.

Dr. Smith only talks about herself and her son when you see her for an appointment. She is too talkative about every except you as the patient.She is sad.

Both the nurse and doctor acted like i did not exist.They also did not intoduce themselves Dr made no eye contact for a long time.Talked for 15 minutes then put her gloves on and wanted to go right to the genitals.Nice way to start a Dr patient relationship.

First visit Dr. Smith spent more time and was more through. My 2nd visit was more rushed, and she failed to do a breast exam. Maybe it was just a bad day and she was distracted but, the entire visit was rather superficial.

Terrific Doctor, excellent bed-side manner, staff needs to improve, not very courteous or friendly in the office or on the telephone.
