Christine Stoutenburg

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years’ experience working with others on issues such as anxiety, depression, grieving, relationship issues, postpartum, divorce, self-esteem and trauma. My goal in therapy is to help clients identify their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, triggers, and past traumas. I enjoy working with diverse and marginalized populations.

Life may be stressful and overwhelming at times. I can help you with learning to enjoy life more rather than being stuck in the hard times. I am able to help in finding different strategies for how to worry less and do more. My telehealth sessions are available to connect you to those strategies when you need them the most. I offer both individual therapy as well as family therapy, if needed.

I am passionate about empowering and aiding clients to be their own advocates to improve their overall wellness. I’m here to listen and offer and support you through your journey. My treatment approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
