She is bad she lies and tries to start fights and threats my child never go to her

We were sent to Dr. Tintorer for a psychiatric evaluation. Unlike several previous psychiatrists, she took the time to really look at my daughter’s history, talk to her and myself, and discuss everything with us. While 2 previous psychiatrists were quick to give a serious diagnosis and strong new medications in 1 meeting, Dr. Tintorer took the time to look deeper and realize that what appeared to be a psychiatric diagnosis was a combination of several issues that happened to present similarly. The report she wrote thoroughly explains everything and left no room for questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a good psychiatrist.

I really like this doctor. She has helped us get through some very difficult times, and helped me understand my condition better. The scheduling and staff leaves something to be desired, but I think the doctor is very good!

This has negative ratings......My child saw dr. Tintorer for too long. She was always very arrogant and unprofessional. There were a handful of times I would call for emergency appointments and none were ever available not would anyone call back to discuss issues. She gave my child doses too high for an adult no less a child. She bad mouthed me as a parent and calls everyone passive aggressive when in reality it is her. Some people should not be allowed to practice psychiatry she is one. Please do not ruin your child by seeing this horrible unfit doctor.

Unfortunately I have to leave an extremely bad review for a woman that should not be treating children when coming to treating a child with psychiatric problems. My grandson was put on a high dose of a medicine that caused him to shake his head and tremor, Dr. Tintorer was called immediately to report the side effect which was the 3rd week in October. We were told to reduce his dose, which he was on too high a dose, like 15 milligrams way to much which in turn gave him a gross tick. When telling her this, she told my daughter she was booked up till the end of December. She did not ask her to bring the child into check him out. Meanwhile he was left on too high a dose of ablilify which 20mg is too high a dose for a child. He should have been on only 5mg. When taken to the hospital she never returned any calls not anything. bottom line, Dr. Tintorer should not be practicing any practice, let alone psychiatric medicine. She should never be able to treat a child again. She has… no bedside manner and is a very fake person. If you don't want to end up being mistreated don't go to her let alone let her treat your children,

I was a patient for Dr Tintorer's for a little over a year, and she works with children mostly. she works at The pollak clinic in monmouth medical center. i have to say that according to her she and the people at the clinic dont say things that are not true. i had a little problem with her but that does not take away from what kinda doctor she is. i liked her for the most part. but she did use stuff i told her kinda againts me, bringing up things is said in past and that i felt was not right for some one in her position to do for a patient. The Clinic she works for is more of the problem than she really is. She does not give adults enough time. since children is who she mostly works with she gives them 30 min. and 15 for an adult but thats just how it works. its kinda not fair that adults dont get enough time as children do. but i dont think that is her fault.

Everything that is in the Doctor's control is great. However, she works for a large clinic and things get lost in the shuffle. Staff doesn't follow up, and some staff is even rude. With that said once you get through the nonsense of the clinic you are seeing an excellent Doctor. Just be persistent with the staff and call them CONSTANTLY if you need something.
