I have never met a rude and very judgmental doctor in my life. Always talking over you and never lets you finish answering or asking questions. Staff was also very moody and unprofessional, they make you seem like you’re bothering them even if asked if they can stamp your child’s immunization card. Hello! This is part of your job and you are getting paid to do this!!!

We're new in the area and got auto-assigned to Dr. Christine. We didn't know what to expect but was impressed by her new office. The wait time was about 15 minutes and we were in the exam room for another 10 minutes before we saw Dr. Christine. Dr. Christine was as friendly as can be. She was welcoming and we really related to her as a mom of 3 kids of her own. She even showed us pictures of her children among pictures of all the kids in the hallway. (I plan to give her pictures of my twins to put up too!)When I got home to look her up, I was shocked to see the previous reviews.IMHO, Dr. Christine was great. Her office looked new. Her staff was friendly. The wait time was totally reasonable (trust me, I was in another state and it was horrible!).

Doctor overbooks patients. With an appointment, wait time is still two hours. Five people will sign in with the same appointment time, no wonder there's always a long wait. Even though you are put into an exam room, it could be another 45 minutes before the doctor sees you. Horrible & incompetent staff. They never follow up on referrals and I have to end up calling them several times, and each time they say they will find out status and call me back, but they never do. I was concerned about my 23 month daughter's speech delay and the doctor and her staff were not helpful at all. I requested that she give me a referral for my daughter to get a hearing test and instead o doing that, she schedules us to come see her. After waiting for over an hour to see her I ended up seeing a new Associate that she hired. I guess we weren't important enough for her to see us herself to administer the hearing test and address our concerns. Then the Associate says, "oh, we don't have the proper… equipment To test someone her age." It was ridiculous; then why did you schedule us and waste our day. Is it for the measly $15 co-pay? The entire staff is unprofessional & uneducated. We finally have changed to a new pediatrician who according to a friend, actually CARES about his patients!

even when you have appointment, you still have to wait forever. last time it took me almost 3 hours to get out of there even though I had appointment. the staff is not very professional.

Overall Dr. Christine is very nice & care doctor. I do like her at my kids doctor; however; her office staff are so RULE, Unprofessional, MEAN. I called in the office so many times just to check to make sure they have my son blood work test result back. They're such a liars... The lab technician told me that they already faxed over the result to them weeks weeks ago but still when i called in they denied told never got the fax. The front office girl was so mean to me spoke in a high tone of voice (angry/raise) to me told they will call me if they got the fax. It had been so many weeks already but still no one call me back yet. Dr. Christine didn't do anything to help here. For the safety of your kids out there i DO NOT RECOMMEND this doctor at all. The staff totally RULE and did not do their job.
