Dr. Christopher John Alvarado, DO

Smart, kind, funny, gentle and compassionate. Not only is he my doctor but I recommended him to both of my aging parents and my adult kids. If he doesnt have the exact answer he will quickly look for it. He works with a transcriptionists at all times so he doesnt miss anything plus his wonderful wife is his very accessible and quick PA. He has assembled a great team that complement his strengths and make his ability to get the most out of every appointment.

If you want a doctor that miss diagnosis. Then Dr. Alverado is your doctor. He diagnosis without proper testing. When I went to see him he told me I had skin cancer and when I was sent to a dermatologist is was not true. Also be aware that he writes medical information on your portal that is not true. Put things in there that you never discussed with the patient.

I previously seen this doctor and diagnosed me with both COPD and Cancer without testing and ended up not being true. Does not come into the office with his stethoscope and does not listen to me about what I say about my symptoms. Adds information to my portal that I never said. Just constantly refers me to other doctors. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Alvarado is outstanding! We love how takes time to answer our questions. He is so friendly and so is the staff.

tried two appointments with him. The first time he was 45 minutes late. The second 20 minutes late. No explanation or apology. Like you don't have anywhere else to be. Not impressed with the physical basically read labs and said okay. No exam etc. Not thorough and he thinks he's a kid or funny. Leaving this dump just found a better practice with MD's to go to. Nurses have an "attitude as well" not a good place.

Been going to this doctor for over ten years and he acts like he doesn't even know me. Haven't much luck with my illnesses being addressed in a sufficient amount of time. 75% of the time i see his assistants rather then him. 80% of the time I'm waiting more then 45 minutes before I'm seen. I'm 55 yrs. Old and never experienceed this from a doctor before. Reception staff is terrible (polite) on scheduling! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Other members of my family stopped seeing him because of this.

I highly reccommend dr. Alvarado anyone. He takes his time with his patients and sincerely listens to any concerns. He is the best doctor I've had in a long time, and I will continue to see him as long as I can. He has really improved my faith in medical professionals.
