Wow! I'm a fan. Professional welcoming staff. This was my first experience with Asandra MD and I was very pleased. The place is super clean and the music is right on. Their staff is kind, courteous and informative. I had million questions and they were always happy to answer them. Dr. Asandra is very kind, takes his time to understand ones need without pushing extra and clearly loves what he does. Amazing job. I feel much more confident having him take care of me. I loved my experience there and my results.

Overall, Dr. Asandra and his team went above and beyond to take care of me. The moment I got there, felt so welcomed. I scheduled by appointment, there is no wait, based on my two visits. I have been dealing with facial redness and pustules and had been visiting other doctors and trying different creams for a long time but nothing worked until I came to this place. I still can't believe this progress in such a short time. This is the most delightful and rewarding doctors visit. It has been an amazing experience for me. I'm happy with my new doctor.

Dr. Asandra was beyond helpful at our check up today. He spend the time to make us understand the process of hormone replacement theraphy and why I need it. The knowledge we walked away with is pricelesss. He has great attitude and he doesn't rush appointments.

I have been seeing Dr. Asandra at AsandraMD in Beverly Hills now for about a year. The reason I went to see Dr. Asandra was due to my hot flashes, not being able to sleep and the weight gain since going through menopause nearly five years ago. Dr. Asandra started my on Bio-identical Hormone replacement and weight loss. It took about 45 days to take off the 20 pounds I gained, and it took about 4 weeks for my symptoms to go away. I cannot thank you enough for the outcome I witnessed personally.

For anyone considering Numale for their HRT, I would strongly advise that you consider a different provider. My experience with them has been absolutely horrible. 1) They will delay delivery of your meds on a consistent basis with one excuse or another (they "forget" to order - this happened to me at least 6 times over the past 2 years!) 2) They illegally ask you to use medication that has expired (HCG expires in 30 days - they ask you to use it for 60!!) 3) They will withhold medically necessary medication to save themselves $ 4) When you raise concerns with them, their customer service is extremely poor - there is no one to talk to and very rude over the phone. 5) They basically will do anything and everything to avoid hurting their bottom line at your expense. They delayed delivery of my meds necessary for fertility. I literally had to threaten legal action to get my meds overnighted (they insisted this was not possible). My experience has been that the only thing… they care about is how much $ they are pocketing. The care I received was so negligent and unethical that I am reporting their Beverly Hills Dr. and chief medical officer, Dr. Asandra to the California medical board.

cocky and arrogant, didn't listen just seemed interested in laughing and joking with staff, could be due to his immaturity but then really shouldn't be seeing ED patients.
