Dr. Awtrey saved my life. He’s extremely attentive to his patients and caring. He takes his time to explain everything you need to know no matter how many times you ask. He understands how difficult medical conditions can be and makes you feel welcome, secure, and safe. I had cancer at the age of 27 and for the past 10 years Dr. Awtrey has been treating me. He is by far the best doctor I have had.

I met Dr. Awtry when my world was turned upside down. I had just received an Ovarian Cancer diagnosis. He, very literally, saved my life. He did so in a kind, patient manner: answering my questions the best as he could, taking the time to talk through the process with me, and going the extra mile during my recovery. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Dr Awtrey took a lot of time up front answering my questions and helping me choose a course of treatment. He answered my calls personally. He even called to check to see if I had any questions after I received biopsy results. He was kind, caring, easy to understand and truthful. Highly recommend

Dr. Awtrey saved my life with a very complicated surgery, but aside from that he is an exceptionally caring, empathic human being which is unusual for a surgeon.

I am highly disappointed with the care my mother had with Dr. Autrey. I found him to be highly insensitive to his patient, he released her home from the ER without doing the proper tests with just prescriptions to mask the pain. I am disappointed and saddened that he is charge of patients. I would never want anyone to go through what we have do to his negligence.

Dr Autrey is upfront and very professional. He is caring and polite but honest and sometimes that is hard. He has empathy which is highly unusual in his field . That empathy follows thru years of follow ups ! He is thorough and spends as much time as I need. Dr Chris Autrey is one of the best doctors I have ever had and he saved my life.

He has been my doctor for several years and I owe my life to him. He has a very easy going personality and is so easy to talk with and for a cancer patient that is so important. He also seems to be very highly regarded in his field and I think he has great insight. Hopefully you never need an oncologist but if you do he is the one.
