He's a p.o.shit. don't care about patients that have workmsns comp. CANNOT FIX BROKEN HIP OR FEMUR BONES. HE HAD TO ASK OTHER DOCTORS QUESTIONS AND SEND MY MRI IMAGE'S TO ANOTHER DR. CAUSE HR DIDNT KNOW HOW TO READ. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WANNA-B....

I had my right and left rotator cuffs surgically repaired by Dr. Barnes 9 years apart. Both operations were performed with great success. I followed the physical therapy instructions very carefully after each surgery and, at 57 years old, my shoulders have never felt better. I highly recommend Dr. Barnes.

Dr. Barnes repaired my torn and disconnected right bicep. I was referred there by my worker's comp insurance. After discussing the nature of the injury the doctor explained my courses of action and his professional recommendation. I followed his guidance to the letter and recovered completely and even have better range of motion and more strength in my right shoulder and arm after his procedure. He was so thorough and meticulous that I didn't need ANY pain medicine after the surgery. I used the ice machine and adhered to the recovery plan and took no pain meds, didn't even fill the prescription. I will contact Dr. Barnes in the event of an injury and would recommend him over any other Doctor in the area. Thanks again Doc!

Dr. Barnes was bound and determined to accurately diagnose my shoulder when the MRI came back inconclusive. He took the time to review every symptom and narrow down what he felt was wrong before my surgery. Once we got into the operating room, his guess was 100% accurate and he was able to fix my shoulder and give me my life back. He may not be the best with bedside manner but frankly I don't care. He is a phenomenal surgeon and got me feeling better than I've felt in 6 years. Ill recommend him to anyone and if I ever need another orthopaedic related surgery, he is who I will choose.

ALL health care providers know that bedside manners are of the upmost importance. It guarantees return patients and referrals. Without it ensures the lost of future current patients returning and new patient referrals.

Getting refills is -1; staff never answer or return your calls. Please give you patients the medicine and bill the insurance companies. HELP

On New Year's Eve, my wife asked me to hang a clock in the stairwell of our home. The stool I chose would only fit two legs on each step. I thought I could balance long enough to hang the clock. Well, one fall and a rotator cuff tear later, I'm sitting in Dr. Chris Barnes' office. He xrayed the shoulder and sent me for an MRI. Once he determined the rotator cuff was torn, he sent me for a round of physical therapy to strengthen the arm prior to surgery. I was scheduled for surgery in early March. The surgery went well and I was in very little pain afterwards. I only missed a week from work which I was thankful for! After four weeks, he sent me for additional physician therapy which helped me physically and mentally. By June, I was playing 18 holes of golf - PAIN FREE!! Dr. Barnes is am amazing surgeon. His staff is awesome and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He can treat all of my family members but hopefully we won't need it.

My daughter see Dr Barnes for continuing problems with her knee. At some appointments he seem hurried and distant but at other very attentive. Overall, he will listen and cares for young athletes very well. We have realized that we have to be persistant and not let him leave the room until we our questions are answered if he is in a hurry on that day. He provides great care for the high school atheletes in the community and truely cares about their personal live also. He is a great asset to our city.
